Is the TOPICON MDM a separate subscription?

No. The MDM server is included with the TOPICON hardware platform. There is no per-device monthly fee, no per-administrator license cost, and no third-party MDM vendor dependency. The server can be deployed on-premises or cloud-hosted at no additional software cost.

Can the TOPICON MDM work alongside third-party MDM platforms?

Yes. The TOPICON MDM server handles firmware updates, remote screen control, and device-level configuration. It can operate alongside third-party MDM platforms such as Samsara, Geotab, or Motive that manage application-level policies.

Does the MDM work with non-GMS (AOSP) tablets?

Yes. All MDM functions — OTA updates, configuration file push, remote ADB, screen control, dynamic setting sync — work on AOSP devices without Google Mobile Services. GMS devices additionally support Google Zero-Touch enrollment and Managed Google Play integration.

Can the MDM server be customized for OEM deployments?

Yes. For OEM tablet projects, the MDM server can be white-labeled with the system integrator's branding, pre-configured with customer-specific device groups and policies, and deployed on the integrator's infrastructure.
